Many companies will likely have to reimagine the experience they provide for both users and their agents. I’m sure we’ll see a lot of interesting work from teams that truly embrace this.
Yeah, I think this is totally up for grabs. For a lot of software companies trying to figure out what to do right now, this would be an interesting place to play.
